Distinguish training areas, reception, changing rooms, showers and toilets. Their use and materials differ, so one general description is usually insufficient.

Record which surfaces may be cleaned and the relevant manufacturer instructions. Equipment maintenance or disassembly is not automatically included.

Consider peak times and temporarily unavailable rooms. Agree which checks gym staff perform between contracted visits.

List additional floor care or intensive cleaning separately. Distinguishing regular and additional tasks makes scheduling and quotations clearer.
